Well run family owned hotel. Friendly very helpful staff. Good restaurant with local specialties.
We booked this hotel the day prior to get closer to Catania airport for the last night of our trip. It was exactly what we needed to relax before the long flight back to the US. After a five hour quad tour to Mt Etna we spent the afternoon sitting at the pool admiring the beautiful view of Etna in the background. It was so nice not having to leave the property for dinner. We chose to eat at Berso. The food was fabulous and I almost wish we had another night to try the dinner at the pool. As Americans spoiled by our air conditioning we felt this was the coolest room we stayed in during our 10 day stay.
The rooms are impeccably clean and quiet, the staff are super friendly and the breakfast was amazing.
A beautiful hotel. Friendly service. Nice restaurant. Great value. And the view to Etna is phenomenal.
The hotel exceeded our expectations - rooms are beautiful and clean, services are brilliant and breakfast were tasty and fresh. The biggest bonus of this accommodation is stunning view of Etna volcano :)
