The location is beautiful and the restaurant nearby is excellent.
The location of the property is very nice, surrounded by nature. The hotel staff are wonderful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The restaurant has some of the best food that I have ever eaten. This was the fourth ( 4th ) time I stayed at this property.

The hotel is located in a quiet, sparsely populated agricultural area at the edge of a nature preserve known for birdwatching. Yet the Adria and beaches of Lido di Volano can be reached in only 5 to 10 minutes by car. Venice is about 100 km distant. We were pleasantly surprised by the both very large bed- and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to please everyone. The sociable receptionist checked us in with a smile. We very much appreciated also her help and patience to find a restaurant nearby (the on-site one is only open on weekends) to best match our preferences and then to make the reservation for us after checking that it is open. We did enjoy dinner at the fine Ristorante & Pizzaeria La Bussola delle Nazioni.
The setting was beautiful. Expansive grounds with water behind the buildings. Old world charm. We were traveling by bicycle and they let us securely store the bikes inside a separate building.
The restaurant had amazing food.
