Excellent location. A simple breakfast was included in the price.
Nice, large room. Staff was kind and keen to help us. Waited for us at midnight, quickly checked us in.

The hotel is quite nice and offers good value for money. Rooms are clean although not recently refurnished. The location is a bit far from the city centre but still at walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly.
good value for money at a very convenient location close to historic downtown. Kind staff and a complimentary breakfast, altogether - a great place to stay in Bologna
The responsiveness of the staff. We told them about the shower head needing replacement because it was sputtering water everywhere and they were on top of it. They also unclogged the toilet sink in one of the rooms we rented quickly.
