The hotel is very cozy, homey, very nice and christian environment, it is very calm and peaceful. The two owners, they are seniors, are the sweetest best hosts we've had in all of our trip, the lady let us have breakfast and our after the breakfast time has ended, and our friend who couldn't go downstairs with us, she took out a tray and a couple of plates and she put a breakfast together for him, herself and told us to take it to him upstairs. The room had an amazing little balcony with the most beautiful views of houses in Assisi. The room was very spacious, the bathroom very amazing. An overall better stay than in a 4-star hotel we stayed in earlier in our trip.
Everything was perfect, the owner lady was very kind and attentive. The beds are very comfortable and the place very quiet.
Breakfast was good.nice location. Kind reception even can't speak English.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area of the town but on the other hand we could go out for sightseeing and having dinner in this part of the town. We chose this hotel because it had a parking area and good evaluation of customers. We also found the breakfast good. Personal very attentive and kind. The rooms were clean and cozy.
