Central and close to the railway station and centre of the city. Exceptional hotel, beautiful in all aspects. It made us feel special.

This is an excellent hotel for a sightseeing base, and you have the option to use the spa. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The staff were super efficient. There were a few minor issues. Our "superior" room was very small and nothing like the ones in the photos. Coffee making facilities were not provided but we were given a kettle etc when we requested one. The spa has no changing rooms so you need to go in your robe and swimwear which is a little awkward! It was also incredibly hot in the hotel. Overall, we did enjoy our stay but would probably not go back.

Quiet, calm and beautifully and artistically appointed. Great staff. Fun bar and gorgeous sitting rooms and garden.

The amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful staff at both the reception & restaurant. Congratulations also to the management on having such a great team!
