From the moment you walk in to drinks on the rooftop to breakfast the next day, you feel welcomed to this great city of Turin! We have stayed at this hotel 3x now and love it each time. Grazie mille to you all!
Extremely beautiful hotel with a great included mini bar, breakfast, and bathroom amenities. Everything was very clean and the staff was always helpful and friendly. I spent 6 nights here and didn’t want to leave.
It was gorgeous! Great rooftop terrace for aperitivos. Large, beautiful rooms and perfect location.
I highly recommend staying at Turin Palace Hotel. It is a 10 star hotel with exceptional customer service. The location is perfect, across the street from the Porto nova train station walking distance to Piazza Castello,Piazza San Carlos, Po River and city Center. I stayed at Turin Palace the week of FISM 2025. The staff were so polite, courteous, and so accommodating to my family needs, helping with the taxis, restaurant reservations, and directions to the historical sites, palaces and museums. I appreciated the smiling faces and happy greetings every morning from the hotel staff. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, pastries, croissants, cheeses, eggs, sausage, prosciutto bacon, yogurt, fresh juice, coffee, and cappuccino - excellent. I felt welcome and comfortable at Turin Palace and would definitely return. It was the best hotel that I stayed at during my nine day visit in Italy.
