The staff was really kind. Comfortable room and bathroom. Nice ocean view. The beach downstairs is long and sandy. Convenient location to visit Porto Ercole and Monte Argentario peninsula.
Excellent seaside hotel with perfect sunset view from our terrace, very welcoming hosts and a varied breakfast. Out of season meant a very peaceful evening, in season is probably rather more lively, as sea bathing and dining are litterally on the spot. Easy parking close by.

Right on the beach with access right out back. Nice balcony, shared with other rooms. Roos were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had seet and savory items, and cappuccino to order. wonderful restaurant for dinner at the hotel. staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking with 5 min walk back to hotel.
Fantastic property! Very accommodating owners coupled with a very modern, beautiful hotel. Super clean, very nicely appointed with gorgeous views, spacious deck and everything you need. The on site restaurant is excellent- one of the best meals we had in Italy. Surprisingly good. Would return in a heartbeat.
