Great location, lovely room with view over the lake
The reception upon check in was extremely professional and helpful
Excellent location near Carciano ferry dock to Borromean islands - could not be more convenient!
Good breakfast - self serve coffee was very handy and wider selection available.
Bedroom very comfortable and clean with large balcony although noise from busy street outside and loud music from cars at traffic lights at corner of hotel, might disturb some guests?
Extra hangers and a kettle were requested at reception and were no problem - Staff were very helpful and accommodating!
Pool looked lovely, but weather against us on this occasion unfortunately?!
