It’s so close to the sea. You wake up with the sound of the waves. It’s family owned and it has a lot of heart in it. Lovely lovely food too.
The location is indeed amazing! I learnt that there are only 2 Hotels left so near to the beach as it is not allowed anymore to build so close. And this hotel is one of them. You literally hear the sea when the window is open and you have the room with sea view.
Very nice restaurant with rooms, directly at the beach. Parking on site, very kind hosts. Excellent Food. Cosy Rooms.
I liked the place, with a very long beach with local people coming from nearby in very friendly and simple surroundings. Empty in the early morning the beach becomes animated later with people quietly arriving. The location is just on the beach and you may listen to the sound of the sea.
The place is perfect for having an orata (gilthead beam) with "Vernaccia", the wine famous in this part of the island. We had it and it was superb. But don't forget to ask for a pavlova. Better than in Oxford :-)
Perfect for one night, late check in. Sweet breakfast with a croissant and a coffee. Room, bathroom and bed was OK. Parking in front of the guest house.
