Clean, modern, functional apartment. Free parking in your own spot in the large yard. Solid floors throughout. Peaceful - Situated on a quiet tree lined side street. Carrefour express right across the road. There’s a good laundromat ( speed queen genova ) 5 min walk. Downtown is ~20 min walk or you can walk ~8 min to metro stop. Metro is small but covers the interesting areas. €2 one way any station. Great value! The host is very helpful and offered good advice for Genova as well as day trips by rail further afield. All in all an enjoyable stay..
The room is very clean, location is perfect, free parking is great,everything is very good.
I only wish we had stayed longer! The host was exceptional, extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean and the place is in a great location. If you are considering this hotel, book it!

Rooms were clean and nice to be in. Free parking right outside the property. Possible to cook at the property. About 15 minute walk to piazza de ferrari. Solid bang for buck hotel.
