No included breakfast but the kitchen equipment was good and there are cute coffee shops nearby.
The host met us at the location with the keys and a a few instructions. Very very pleasant couple.
It was an apartment so breakfast you were on your own. Grocery store nearby and the apartment had all stocked kitchen for meal preps.
It was beautiful, the apartment was large and roomy. Very clean. Felt very safe. Was like a home away from home. 
Nice clean place to stay. Great location for visiting Venice. Tram station is 3 min. walk away and it is cheap and easy to use. Locals were awesome!!
Great location, handy to trains to Venice. Great small cafe nearby. Spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms. Fantastic parking and very safe and secure.
