Location was beautiful. Hotel was clean and charming. Staff was wonderful.

Absolutely loved this gem of a hotel in Menfi -- it was even better than the pictures! Staff was lovely, super helpful, the food was incredible and that infinity pool that looks out over the vineyards was exactly where we wanted to be at the end of the day to watch the sunset. My only regret is that we only stayed there two nights -- would happily return! Also, their beach club (Insula) is stunning and set amongst pine trees which offer much-needed shade in July. We loved it :)

Everything. The food, the staff, the location, the wine, the cooking class, the pool, the view, the comfortable room. We left La Foresteria to visit Mt. Etna. Our entire family was sad to say goodbye. A rare and exquisite spot. We will def come back.

There was an enormous buffet of cold foods. Fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables and pastries. If you wanted to have a cooked breakfast of eggs or omelettes or pancakes it was an extra payment. The dinners at La Foresteria were amazing.

the staff is so lovely - this was my second time staying there. it is quiet and small and is a great place for day trips up and down the coast. the beaches are also beautiful and not crowded.
