La posizione, l'appartamento pulito e la cordialità dell' host
Posizione più che centrale, proprio sulla piazza duomo.
Ottima insonorizzazione delle finestre (necessaria vista la posizione sul corso principale che in estate è molto animato).
Tutto nell'appartamento è nuovo e funzionante.
Ampi spazi.
Possibilità di avere un comodo garage (costo a parte) abbastanza vicino alla zona pedonale in cui si trova l'appartamento.
Dotazione di aria condizionata nelle due camere, check in piena autonomia e posizione centralissima.
