Great staff, excellent breakfast, cleaning service was great, really above and beyond service

So, where should I start? This was our first and definitely not our last stay at this amazing 5-star hotel. The location was perfect! The ski lifts were just a quick 3-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes, whereas the city center, with its charming shops and restaurants, was only a 5-minute stroll. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel so welcomed. Every single staff member had a warm smile, was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to serve us wholeheartedly. A special thanks to Nikolai, whose exceptional service and warmth truly made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and filled with thoughtful touches. The WiFi worked perfectly for us, contrary to some reviews we’d seen. We can’t wait to return!

Staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and professional. The restaurant was also really good.

The corner room in the deluxe suite was incredible. Two balconies w a view of Mt Blanc. Loved the bathrobes and linens.

Perfect location for skiers, right in front of Courmayeur gondola. They also have a lodge right on the slopes with lockers for your skis, which is absolutely great!
