Location was fantastic, staff were absolutely amazing, they were helpful and kind, thoughtful and very accommodating. Probably the best hosts in all our travels across Italy.

The location is perfect!!! Family run and everyone was so friendly with lots of great suggestions for food and museums. The room we were in was very large and very clean. Our favorite thing about our stay was Chipee(their dog)!!!

Wonderful welcome, excellent communication prior to our arrival until the end of our stay. This is a family run hotel and we'd definitely return. Our room had a view of the canal, the AC worked wonderfully and the room was more spacious than I expected. There is a breakfast option but we didn't try this as our day began later. The room also has a kettle! The first and final in our stay in the region. Grazie mille!

Cozy, family-run boutique hotel in a quiet corner just off the lively Santa Maria Formosa square. Central but peaceful. Rooms are romantic, with classic Venetian charm, you'll want to linger in the morning, especially with the scent of fresh pastries and homemade cakes drifting from the dining room next door. The owners are warm and welcoming, happy to share tips for exploring the city. Everything worth seeing is within walking distance, making this gem a great value in a city that steals your breath at every turn.

Brother and sister owners were very welcoming and helpful. Location is near Rialto and St Mark's, but tucked away from the crowds. Room was big enough for the 3 of us and got cleaned everyday. Bathroom is spacious. High ceiling, we even had a chandelier. AC comfortably cools the room. We had a view of the canal and gondolas.
