The property was clean and roomy. The location was within walking distance of the train station. Any questions I had were answered quickly.

Location was fine - quiet. As a newcomer to Venice, it was very hard to figure out how to get around. It would be nice if there were a guide - Venice transport for Dummies. It took us 2 days to figure everything out - by then we were leaving. The better way to handle this would have been a phone conversation - but the phone was never answered - only text.
Good Location. 5 mins walk from Guglia station, within 15-20 minutes to tourist spots, clean, modern facilities and well decorated
