This is a fantastic booking in an amazing location with the kindest and most accommodating staff we have ever experienced! The hotel itself is a beautifully appointed villa, but the lovely staff is what makes it special! So many special extras from sunup to sundown. Delicious breakfast with many options ready-to-eat and made to order and self-serve nightcap cookies and liqueur awaiting you before bedtime. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was private, quiet, and extremely safe. We wanted for nothing. It was perfection and we can't wait to come back!
The style, design, breakfast and staff- all exceptional. We love love this place.
The stay was amazing, the place is so pretty and really special. The breakfast was so cute and everyone was really attentive to the guests' wishes or needs. The location is very central, within the old city walls so you can just wander around and find tons of nice things right around the hotel! It's all super clean and quite comfortable too!
The best thing about Lucca Heritage, are the people.
Pina & Daniela were so helpful in finding wonderful restaurants, dry cleaner & even scooters.
They made our adventure seamless.
With smiles & yummy Americano coffee every morning.
Such a delight.
The property is set centrally, with everything within a 5 min walk.
When you enter, you instantly feel at home in the immaculate foyer.
The room was clean & everything we needed.
The place is gorgeous and in a great location, with super friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Lucca Heritage Retreat is super clean. The entrance living room is very inviting with it's comfortable couches, chairs and beautiful decor. Breakfast is wonderful and the attached outdoor patio is available to sit and relax as well. Lucca Heritage Retreat has many nice touches such as lush robes and slippers and a bed that is very comfortable.
