Small garden with tables. Can eat outside. Refrigerator and kettle in the room. Excellent value. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Nice and extrentic hostess. Close to the beach
Adorable host Cristina! Good location near bus-stop otherwise a good walk! We purchased a 3 day ACT pass so we could ride the bus, vaporetti (waterbus) and trams if any were available. Outdoor seating available to eat/sit for fresh air as the room is tiny. Dine at the pizzeria she also owns/co-runs gets you a 10% discount.
An amazing owner, Christina, a fantastic helper, Semira. We felt ourself as really appreciated customers. All of our wishes were fulfilled. Don't forget to
visit and have a super dinner at La Cuccina, near the Villa.
And enjoy the "Lido feeling"
Simple accommodation but comfortable and clean in a character building. The staff were friendly and super helpful.
The location is great. I enjoyed spending the hotter part of the day at the beach and then taking a short water bus to the city centre to explore Venice in the evening.
I will definitely stay here again if I return to Venice.
