Good location, close to everything, common area is big and confort, kitchen is good.
The host was very kind and extremely helpful and very responsive! It was our first time in Venice and he gave us advice on how to get to the location. He gave us recommendations for good restaurants and supermarkets. The property has everything you would need! It’s clean, it has hot water, a coffee maker, towels, hairdryer, comfy beds and it’s in a great convenient location - central but very quiet.
Amazing location near San Marco. Well equipped and clean studio. 2 bathrooms were a very good plus.
You get very fit as the studio is in 4th floor stairs only.
Lovely 2 bedroom property right in the heart of Venice. Cooking facilities and complimentary teabags and biscuits were a lovely touch, includes a dishwasher too.
Washing facilities and great to have 2 bathrooms.

Lovely welcome by Giovanni and we’re given full tour and tips for restaurants/cafes.
Location was in a secluded alley but right in the St. Marco area. Liked having the washing machine available for use.
