Third floor was not an issue for us.
The kitchen was equipped with some equipment and we received a bottle of wine.
AC in the apartment is a must to run in the summer.
A spacious apartment for a small family. Very clean and very well maintained and organized.
Very nice apartment, very central, everything was like at home. Fabrizio is a great host, very kind and helpful.
The location is not quite central to the "Centro Storico", but is still handy for walking (plenty of stairs and up-and-down) to main attractions, restaurants and cafés. It was great to be met by Fabrizio who explained all the facilities and brought water and wine. The area is very quiet for sleeping at night.
Marina Apartment was spotlessly clean, and it has a big (shower) bathroom with good water-supply and plumbing. Plenty of room for three, and could take four.
