Friendly staff & calming atmosphere. It’s great that we could take our small pet with us

Breakfast was great, with lovely company of the domestic cats. Staff was very friendly & helpful, gave us great suggestions for lunch/dinner places. The premises is super peaceful, ideal for a getaway from the busy life.

It is located a 15 min drive from Marzamemi & from Noto centre, so you can visit both places during your stay.

The location is unparallel: few steps from Vendicari Reserve.

The Masseria is superb, with charming spaces and an enjoyable garden.

The staff is super: Davide and Mateos (Conciergerie) gave us all the relevant info and helped us with our plan and the reservations; the ladies of breakfast were very kind

We went to Mazeria Constanza for 4 nights on our honeymoon and had a truly memorable and fantastic stay. The Mazeria is a grand manor house situated in a midst of lush olive groves and located a short walk from a fantastic sandy beach and perfect blue sea and an amazing nature reserve.

The house itself is hundreds of years old and very comfortable. An ample breakfast is provided in a beautiful courtyard. The house boasts features of its history such an olive press and vats for wine making. There is also a beautiful pool, ideal for the hot days. These really add to the atmosphere of the place.

Our host Davide went above and beyond what you would expect in making our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and made our stay as smooth as possible, even fixing us a late supper of bread and prosecco one night.
