We found the apartment before we found the lockbox. We had to refer to the video a few times before we found the lockbox because the map took us a different way. But, we loved the location. We were right on two canals and away from tourists (of course, we were tourists too). We were able to shop for our breakfast in close by shops and enjoyed leisurely mornings before we headed out.

The apartment was very cute and very comfortable. We loved opening the window and seeing the canal right outside. There was a full kitchen so we could have cooked if we had been there longer. The owner was very nice and very responsive to our questions.

Very nice location, just off the main tourist path in a quiet residential neighborhood, not far from the Fondamente Nove (B) ferry station. There are indeed three beds, if the pictures don’t make that clear. The apartment was spotless, plus there was a washer (no dryer).

We have stayed at this apartment before under different ownership. The location was most convenient for us and everything was functional in the apartment.

Convenient to everything but quiet and out of the way is the crowds . Comfortable bed !
