The room was a good size, modern, clean and well maintained.
The staff are professional, friendly & very helpful. The breakfast is excellent and the 5 course dinner is beyond expectations!

This is in a beautiful location with the park entrance not even a minute from the hotel. Highly recommend getting there before sunset to enjoy the view of the mountains! The staff are fantastic and dedicated to making your stay as personable and comfortable as possible. I neglected to mention to the staff that I had a gluten allergy, when we had dinner they were incredibly accommodating - but the best part was that without even asking the next morning at breakfast they had laid out a beautiful spread of gluten free breads! We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the sauna and spa facilities but they also looked great.
Posizione tranquilla, sopra Brunico di alcuni km. Struttura molto pulita, buona la cena. Personale disponibile e accogliente.
