The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very basic which actually was fantastic. The bathroom was great. I didn't shower there as I was up and gone by 6am. The host was very friendly and accommodating and pleasant. A really lovely man and good information given. The location is unbelievable. Not even 15 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from the airport depending on your walking pace. Value for money is excellent. I'll definitely be booking here again next time I am in Pisa.
Bonus there is an amazing pissaria 3 minutes walk from the property.
Great location for the airport only 15 mins walk. We met by the owner on arrival, who was helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The room was basis but clean and spacious. The shared bathroom was very clean. 2nd visit in 1 week.

It was handy for the last day of travel, with an early flight the next morning. Check in was simple. The host was lovely.
