We have stayed before and wanted to come back. Alessia Is an attentive, excellent host and the little things like toiletries, milk and juice make all the difference. The apartment is spotless and bed really comfortable, kitchen good if you don't feel like going out

The apartment is very nice with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time in Venice. Alessia the host is super helpful and gave us lots of great advice for things to see in Venice and for good restaurants. The apartment is just a short boat trip away from the main attractions. We stayed for two nights and it was actually really good to stay in a quiet neighborhood, we were well rested. I would definitely recommend staying there.

The apartment was very nice, quiet and very well kept. The location was great, as it was quieter than the busier part of Venice. We enjoyed it as we were able to experience more of how the locals live. You do have to take the water bus back and forth from the apartment to San Marco, etc. in Venice but it was fairly easy! The apartment does have quite a bit of stairs, would not recommend for those who require accessibility as it does not have an elevator. Alessia was amazing, she recommended great restaurants and other things to do.

The host was great she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time in Venezia :)

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Alessia is an incredible host and very accommodating. Highly recommend and would stay here again if I return to Venice.
