Beautiful house and very well equipped. The location is perfect for a family with kids, a very nice park is just across the street.
The house is also well connected to everything: train station, bus, 2 supermarkets, restaurants.
A beautiful terrace too, with sunshade, is just at the entrance of the apartment.
Not to be missed!

Merci à Chiara pour son accueil et ses bons conseils. L'appartement, parfait pour 2 couples d'amis, est en effet idéalement situé: proche de la promenade en bord de mer (Anita Garibaldi), du magnifique parc de Nervi et ses musées, de la gare.
Le garage a permis de laisser la voiture (opel zafira) pour réaliser les trajets en train et bus très facilement ( Genova, Camogli et Portofino). On reviendra avec plaisir dans cette belle région!
Molto gentili e disponibili. Appartamento decisamente carino e completo di qualsiasi comodità
La casa era dotata di tutte le comodità: lavastoviglie, macchinetta caffè Nespresso, strofinacci, netflix...
Doccia molto ampia, in generale tutto molto pulito. Ottima la posizione, a circa 500 MT dalla stazione e a 200 MT dalla passeggiata sul mare.
