Location, free good coffee, good selection of music, very friendly & helpful host (helped with taxi reservation, needed for going to the airport very early in the morning), comfortable bed.
It felt like a trip in the past. Pretty cool.
Be aware that when you visit Perugia, you must have comfortable shoes because there are many ups/downs/stairs/cubical stone :)
Quirky little studio flat in an amazing central location right next to Perugia's arty quarter. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous apartment and host. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended! Best out of the 3 apartments that we had for our stay.
