Расположение недалеко от ж/д вокзала, пешком быстрее дойти, чем на такси ехать.
Бронировали executive suite, звукоизоляция, тишина, все необходимое есть в номере, туалетные принадлежности с шикарным ароматом, посещение спа-центр, оставило только неизгладимое впечатление, так как надо было записываться и в итоге мы одни были.
На завтрак большой выбор блюд, все очень вкусное.
Ужин по меню, попробовали разные блюда, все очень вкусно.
Отдельное спасибо русскоговорящему менеджеру Аси, за помощь в организации отдыха и помощь в переводе.
Флоренция оставила неизгладимое впечатление, и благодаря нашему индивидуальному гиду Каролине, обязательно еще раз приедем и только в этот отель.
Уютная красивая территория с летним садом и бассейном, что не каждый отель может предложить.

Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast included and the hotel restraurant was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
A beautiful hotel with brilliant staff in an excellent location. The reception team are warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The team in the restaurant were also exceptional and so helpful in bringing drinks outside in plastic glasses so we could sit in the beautiful garden or use the pool. The rooms were spotlessly clean so the cleaners deserve high praise. The little spa and swimming pool were a great treat after a day's sightseeing. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Tuscany this was head and shoulders above the rest. Finally the beds and the pillows in the hotel were the comfiest I have ever experienced. Overall a 5 star experience.
