The cleanliness of the rooms, the garden was a nice area to gather before a busy day or before going out to dinner. Like having a 24-hour front desk person available. They were great with suggestions for area dinners and arrangements for cars to the airport etc.
Close to the central station, very clean, staffs are very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast.

It’s a small hotel and the attention and service of the staff was amazing. The location its perfect, 10 minutes walking from the trains station and walking distance to the main attractions. The patio was magical at night. Good spot to have a bottle of wine and relax during the evening after a busy day walking and visiting Florence.
