Location, washing machine, coffee, the rooms were spacious, loved being able to leave luggage after check out til early afternoon, the host was fantastic.
Communication!!! We have stayed at many places and the communication has been a bit rough. Federico responds within a very timely manner. He was there to greet us! That has never happened before-we usually had to dink around with messaging, waiting and more waiting.
The bedrooms are roomy with great closets and have fans which are great for white noise as well as to speed up the clothes-drying process. Washing machine (with detergent!) and cappuccino machine (with pods!). Frederico gave me a list of his favorite places to eat and he was always available if we had any questions. Very accommodating!! Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!
Clean, tidy, organized - central La Spezia location. Host very helpful. House well-equipped. Perfect base for Cinque Terre.
Big and comfy apartament, well connected to the city
It’s very huge apartment compared to other cities and apartments we have been with family. The staff was very nice to us, unfortunately we could not meet, but the instruction for entering is understandable. The apartment is very clean.
