We loved the appartment which was so clean and beautiful und functionnal. Matteo was so welcoming and nice and the flatmates too. We don't see or hear them a lot.
Nice location quiet from the crowds of Cagliari. Fully equipped kitchen. Stores nearby. Beach in a walking distance. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy parking. Air-conditioning in the room, definitely needed in July. Clean private bathroom.
The property was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. It was a short 15/20 min walk away from the beach and 10 min away from nature park.
The apartment was nice and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Matteo was kind and helpful. The air conditioning was also really good.

This apartment is situated in a quiet area not far from the beach .Matteo is a very friendly host, he replied to all my questions immediately and he even bought coffee for me. There is bus stop nearby and supermarket. Bus PF will take you to the beach or Cagliari old Town ,bus pass for whole week cost €13 ..I came from airport to Cagliari by train and I payed only € 1.30
