Came for a business meeting for 1 day, they attended to all my needs. They offer complimentary shuttle services between the hotel and the airport, that is working 24/7. They provide clear instructions to make it easy for the travelers to be taken from the airport to the hotel. They also offered me complimentary access to SPA/pool which I did not use to my tight schedule.
It is a convenient location close to the airport with free shuttle to/from the airport. Decent breakfast and quiet / comfortable.
The reason we chose to stay in Parco dei Principi was We had a early flight in the morning so we didn’t want to risk staying in the city. The hotel was nothing like an airport hotel. Super welcoming and friendly staff. Quick response to our needs. Great shuttle service to the airport.
PARKING! Shuttle to the airport at 4:00 AM. Both of these solved our problem as we weren't sure how we would handle our very early departure and return our rental car. The staff were very helpful and made it clear we could trust their staff to get us to the airport early!
