Everything matches the expectations. Location, room, clean communication, very calm and tidy place, run by invisible , but helpful hosts.

Great host! Very welcoming, did let us in early and leave our luggage when we already checked out to collect it in the evening (late departure). Room was very spacious and quiet as well! Area isnt the prettiest but close to a train and metro station.

Room is very clean and cozy. Bed is comfortable and you can choose thick or thin sheets. In bathroom is everything what you need shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste etc. Very friendly and helpful owner. Near Tiburtina underground’s station- 20 min to colosseum.

The hotel is near the train station, bus station and metro station. The hotel room was cleaned and we had some tea bags, coffee cups and sugar. We had enough clean towels and a foot towel after the shower.

Exceptional communication line with the host. Close to the station. Close to the bus stop if you have luggage. Welcome bottle of water, coffee and chocolate provided.
