Great proximity to airport, so ideal if picking up / dropping off rental car at beginning or end of holiday. Plenty of parking, friendly and helpful staff. Impressive Breakfast selection.
The staff, very friendly and helpful. Samantha is the best! It’s the staff that make the property worth going back to!
The pool was needed after a hot day in Assisi and there were enough sunbeds for everyone at the pool or at the gardens.
The hotel breakfast was also good. There were eggs and not just the typical sweet breakfast Italians eat.
The gardens were amazing, this was definitely the cherry on top.
There was a small grocery right across the property.
The setting and the hotel itself transports you back in time to experience sleeping in castle like structures during medieval times but this time with all the comfort and amenities of the modern era. Hotel is clean, beds are comfy and the breakfast is great! The staff are all friendly and welcoming especially Erica and Samantha who really took good care of us, made us feel special and felt like we were in the comfort of our own home.
They were happy to let us arrive late and really welcoming when we arrived.
