Spacious, modern, clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was FANTASTIC. Walking distance to train terminal and taxis. Delicious restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
Host was very accommodating: Our party of 9 across 3 units arrived at 11am, and the host was able to let us check in early to 2 of the 3 units! Location was somewhat on the outer part of Venice, but everything only 15-20 min walk to the main attractions. Walking in Venice is a lot of fun and one of the most unique things about this city. There are no cars, so all streets and alleys are walkable and there are lots of shops and restaurants/eateries along the way. There is an amazing steakhouse around the corner (called Vicario?), which surpassed the steaks we had in Florence!

Apartment is approximately 10 mins' walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station. The nearest water bus station is 8 mins' walk away. So it is very convenient. It is also in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. There are a few apartments in this posting, need to check the pictures and facilities carefully. Ours was the one with the Garden View. Although there are 2 toilets, only the toilet on the ground floor has shower facilities. But we managed to make do since there are only 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and everything else was good. We enjoyed our short stay very much. Just a word of caution for everyone looking to visit Venice - almost all the foot bridges have steps and no ramps, so you may want to consider to travel light or use backpacks!
This apartment is renovated. It was much bigger than I was expecting and very clean. If you plan to stay multiple days in Venice, this place will save you lots of money because you can cook your own meal for entire family, all the kitchen utensils are available Include electric stove and microwave. It also has a washer in the bathroom with an ironing board. Farmer’s market held early in the morning in front of the neighborhood. I bought fresh veggies,fruits and honey with a good price.
This apartment has two stories. There was a big bed with a half bath available upstairs.
It’s located in a walking distance from the train station and shuttle bus to the airport. Definitely it’s worth of money, I highly recommend for a family trip!
