This place is AMAZING! My family and I had the best time. The host was always there - available to help us with our every need - learning how to use the electric bikes, the spa, etc. Perfect!
The room were large, new, and spotlessly clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The spa was amazing!

We loved the coffee and the breakfast that was provided. Also, the hostess was always very friendly. The location is great - close to the city center, the gondola, and a grocery store.
The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious and filling. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, and a refrigerator and dishwasher. The basement had a hot tub, steam bath, sauna and more. The fluffy robes and slippers were amazing.
