The hotel is very convenient, water taxi can stop in front of the hotel door, very close to the city center, the room is cleaned every day. But above all Vanessa, the lady at the front desk was very friendly, kind, helpful... she explained everything about Venice in detail, including restaurants and places we should visit and their advantages. I never met a front desk person as friendly and helpful as Vanessa. Thank you Vanessa.

Great hotel with a staff who is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, close to everything yet quiet at night and parking is easy and very close to the hotel. One of our best stays in our 8 trips to Italy.

The most helpful receptionist with fantastic unique recommendations that you can find. An extremely large, fully equipped apartment. Will be back- loved our stay of 5 nights.

Her hospitality truly elevated our experience. We were equally delighted by our interactions with Alberta, the owner of the residence. She was incredibly kind, and it was a pleasure to meet someone so passionate about making guests feel at home. Our room was perfect for a family, elegantly furnished, spotlessly clean, and just a few steps from St. Marco’s Square. The location couldn’t be better, and everything was thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Venice. Meeting Vanessa and Alberta was a highlight of our trip, thank you both for making our stay so special!
