The best location and very unique apartment. Close to everything including the water taxis.
Martina and her partner were wonderful hosts. The property location was convenient with shopping, tours, & restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and had lots of space, including a full kitchen. Balconies were wonderful to view the boats along the canal. Be prepared to climb stairs with your luggage in tow. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous apartment, so spacious. Beautiful furnishings. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds. Big modern bathrooms & kitchen with all facilities. Walking distance to all main attractions and surrounded by restaurants & shopping. Perfect location. Thank you Agata for meeting us at San Zaccaria to walk us here (only a few minutes) and for all of your recommendations. Loved Pizzaria 1000 Gourmet! So grateful for the teams immediate responses to any contact or questions. Would only mention it's 3.5 flights of stairs up. Worth it to be surrounded by canal views and balcony ! Would highly recommend!!!
Great location. Lots of space. View of canals. Comfortable. I liked the modern and antique combo of design and how the floors were slanted. Very Italian feeling. Online pictures are accurate.
