Location was great, very friendly and helpful property staff.
The location was great, easy access to all we wanted to see in Florence.
The stay was so comfortable. The staff was so helpful and explained everything. The room was just 6 to 9 minutes walk from the main station. The main attractions are very nearby. Clean and tidy. Loved it
The guys who ran it was fabulous. Rooms were made up and cleaned promptly bed was comfortable. I liked having Netflix on the TV.
The property was spacious and very clean. The location was great close to the cathedral, Galleria dell’Accademia (6mins walking distance) & ponte vecchio (19 mins walking distance)
