Lots of room, great accommodations. Could absolutely fit a large family/party.
Communication was good with Filippo, especially directions to Residenza Oltrarno. We liked the feel of the authentic Italian large apartment, and it’s location with good walking and public transport access to the old city. Despite the traffic in the area, the apartment is very tranquil.
