Beautiful setup right at the entrance to the town, private entrance, large and comfortable rooms excellent for a family. Having a kitchen was a plus. Good starting point for visits to other sights around the area.

Everything. Staff were friendly, the amenities were great, food was amazing.

Very spacious room with kitchenette area. The host let us check in very early, and we were also able to wash & dry some of our clothes which was very helpful after travelling for a few weeks!

It was roomy and homey and had a simple Alpine charm. Some funny touches like the baskets of fake roses in our room but it was spacious and we were able to enjoy breakfast in our room. Kitchen was adequately supplied. We were able to check in early which I appreciated.

Our apartment was in a separate house, that we did not expect, but were told on the reception. Residenze Sonnenschein is located in 3 houses all together that are close to each other with their own parking and we liked our house even more than the central pink one. Apartment was nice and clean, we didn't mind old wooden furniture and windows, it perfectly matches the atmosphere and vibe of Villabassa town. View was also very nice. Location is perfect for cycling tours in South Tirol and for exploring of the area. We even enjoyed local firefighter festival, that was lovely. Heating was on even in July, but we didn't mind, as mornings were chilly. There was very nice restaurant nearby, however during weekend it was bit crowdy and we had to wait for the table.
