Suzy was great with communication. The taxi she arranged was wonderful from the airport. The room was nice overall and had a balcony. Very clean. Suzy was really wonderful and accommodating. There was also amazing water pressure in the shower.
Great location: a one minute walk from Ostiense trainstation (direct train from Rome Fiumicino). You can walk to the old city center, but the metro is also just 1 minute away. Daily cleaning service available at request. And very happy that we could leave our luggage the last day. Good coffee available in the (shared) kitchen, and a small Italian breakfast with vouchers at the trainstation.
Location is good and easy to move to the different touristic places.
The person in charge is lovely and all times she is very easy to contact and willing to help.
