Good location, loved walking in the neighborhood, and the quiet. Great restaurants and gelato place nearby. Convenient to the water taxi. The host was very responsive.

We stayed at Franco’s apartment for 2 nights in July 2025. Took the private water taxi from airport to the apartment. Franco was very good in giving precise directions on how to get to his place. The place was lovely ! Franco had some complimentary pastries waiting for us which was very sweet and thoughtful ! The AC was in good working condition . The house was safe, tucked away on a peaceful street , yet close to all restaurants and shops. We loved the gelato place - Nico’s ! It was a 2 minute walk and amazing gelato flavors ! Grocery was just a block away . Overall , a beautiful home with all the attractions, shops and restaurants within walking distance !

It was very close to the pier when arriving as well as close to some of the most wonderful restaurants. It was such a beautiful home with a true feel of warmth.

So easy to get to from the train, just a quick public boat ride. Fun area with lots of students around

Excellent location away from the tourist crowds; available washing machine and dryer, host gave us a map and many recommendations, quiet location, comfortable beds, and very easy access to the boat taxis to and from the train station. When we left, we left behind a bag, and the host went out of his way to retrieve and deliver it to the train station for us! We are very thankful for his response to our crisis.
