The staff,Naveen was very helpful. Very close to city centre and train station.
the location of the property was great but the internet was slow to non existent.
The building itself is a pretty historical building, in between train station and duomo square, very close to both, centrally located, easy to reach
The location was perfect! Near San Lorenzo and Duomo and very close to the train station at the same time. I loved the windows looking down the street. Next to piazza del mercato centrale, you have everything you need. Hosts were very helpful!
Location was amazing!! Apartment was adequately sized for a family of 4 and was spotlessly clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom was provided. I was a little worried about staying in this apartment as there were a few negative reviews about the cleanliness, the noise in the area and the beds. However, the apartment was spotless, the beds were comfy and we kept the windows shut at night to keep the mosquitos out and didn't notice any noise at all as the windows were very effective at blocking out the noise. There were fans in all 3 bedrooms so keeping cool(ish) was not a problem. I would definitely stay in this apartment again, it was lovely to stay in the centre of Florence in an authentically Italian city apartment! Highly recommend it.
