This family-run property is a historic castle surrounded by nature. It has a well-stocked library and book shop, plus a bistro bar that is open at lunch and in the evenings. Breakfast includes cheese, cold meats and cakes and can be enjoyed in the bistro or out on the terrace. Mediterranean cuisine and local specialties are served at the restaurant at dinner. We loved our stay here. The garden is amazing! We didn't expect all the palm trees and blooming flowers. We are definitely coming back!
A very unique stay with a beautiful view-incredibly helpful and friendly staff-place to store and charge our bikes-and fabulous breakfast-couldn’t ask for more! Would love to come and stay longer next time.
Friendly staff and sense of history on the property
The grounds were amazing and well kept. The rooms were a good size and very well decorated. The breakfast was the best we had Europe. Absolutely amazing.
Amazing views of the surrounding mountains and a lovely cozy atmosphere in the old converted castle. The grounds around it are also amazing, the family have done such a nice job with it all.
Christine and Daniel went above and beyond to help when I fell ill during our stay, supporting my girlfriend with difficulties in extending our stay and with me being unable to move all of our things.
