we had one of the most pleasant stays ever. the location of the apartment is in a newly built building, private fenced property, with private parking for each owner. the yard, garden, parking, stairwell, interior elevator, all maintained in impeccable conditions were clear indications that the reserved apartment must be equally well maintained, and indeed, everything was perfect! All the necessary amenities, exactly as in the description, and surprisingly although it was not listed in the amenities, there is also a washing machine with dryer, which we were very happy about. The owner was particularly kind and attentive to our needs, for which we are grateful.
in summary, it is an accommodation that completely satisfied our every need and desire. 10+
The apartment was great - well equipped with everything one may need, perfectly clean and private parking was very nice to have. The owner was very friendly!
Posizione non centralissima, bisogna muoversi in macchina. Vicina a una bella passeggiata marina. Ideale per due, ma comoda anche in 4. Dotata di tutto quanto necessario.
Immobile nuovissimo e moderno, supermercati e negozi in zona. Dista 5 minuti in macchina da Ortigia. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliato, top.
Das Objekt war sehr neu und die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft hat im Grunde genommen alles was man braucht. Top gepflegt.
