Location was excellent! Close to the train station, easy and walkable location to everything in the area (ie beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc). Breakfast is homemade from the heart, and the accommodations were well appointed and very comfortable. Luigi is the PERFECT host, and we are looking for a reason to return to Sorrento just so we can stay at the Flats again! There's service, and then there's human heart connection. Luigi and Federica give loads of the latter and that's what makes the difference. I'm all about connecting with people and this is what made our time in Sorrento a life long memory we will always cherish.
We loved everything about the property. The location was perfect. The room was beautiful and very clean. The host was very friendly. He gave us a list of great restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed there for our Mother and Daughter trip. The location was terrific! Can't say enough good things about this family owned B & B. Luigi runs the B & B with help from Marco at front desk, Nadia does the breakfast room. Luigi's Mom bakes the beautiful & yummy pastries every day. Fresh fruits, espresso, cappuccino, coffee, etc. The rooms are very clean, the maid is very sweet. We had luggage problems and Luigi took care of everything for us, he goes above and beyond, Marco helped us take our luggage down the street to where we take the elevator down to the boat. They all treat you as if you are family. They are all terrific and so kind. I will always refer family and friends or anyone else to stay there with Luigi and family.
