It is an amazing place - the room was vey comfortable, clean and the location is very convenient to the center of the city and also for day trips in the area. The staff are very welcoming and they helped me with some car rental issue. I would come back to this hotel again.

Knowledgeable staff who gave a lot of useful information, spotless clean very comfortable room, spa with good Mountain View with two kinds of sauna, special breakfast delivered to the room, very good location that’s few minutes to old town shopping street but quiet neighbourhood, secured basement parking with bike storage room that can be locked, kitchen had everything you need, everything was great!

Very nice rooms, well furnished. The washing machine was a welcome surprise. The room was spacious and cozy. The spa area was very nice and welcomed on a cold day after a descent from Stelvio Pass. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Although I'm used to buffet breakfast, the in-room breakfast was great. The food was great and plentiful. The bike storage room was very useful and so was the underground parking. The hotel is extremely close to the city center. Pretty much 1 minute walk. I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. We look forward to visiting again.
