The location is central and close to everything. The room and the washroom were clean and renovated. The view of the city from the window was impressive. The check in was smooth even when we came late at night. The host is very prompt with his responses. We got in touch few times regarding the car parking and he answered right away giving us advices. The place is close to the station where we picked up our rental car. The Amalfi coast is about an hour drive from this location. The train is about 1h15 mins to Rome from the station near by.
The location was perfect, just 5 minutes to the train and close to many major attractions. Plus, Giuseppe was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
The view was exactly like in the main picture, I loved that balcony.
I like that the rooms are renovated, this was my second stay and this room was a bit smaller but still nice with a great view of the city from the 13 floor. It was a Holliday in Italy so I ended paying more for this smaller room than for the upgraded one a few days earlier. I would recommend that you upgrade if u have the chance for a more modern and bigger room. Host is very responsive.
The room was clean and in good working order. The host was very helpful in giving us directions to the hotel - complete with video on how to find the entrance and how to work the elevator (10 cents are needed to run it).
