Really good value given Venice prices, but we booked months and months in advance. 3 minute walk from San Marco Square, but you're in a secluded courtyard. Follow the directions to find it, as it's not easy, but well worth it! Wow! A/C worked great.

The location couldn’t be beat! Very close to anything and everything you could want or need. The WiFi worked well, the tv worked, the air conditioning worked. And fans were supplied upstairs and downstairs to help keep cool. They provided excellent information on a large printout with recommendations and such (check the handy map on the back! We didn’t realize it was there until we were leaving). Also, the video showing how to find the apartment is very helpful! Use it as GPS may not get you to the doorstep. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but know that there is only one bathroom.

The location is prime and the semi private courtyard is a great buffer from the hustle and bustle of the San Marco area. The beds were comfortable and all equipment functioned as expected. The quirky design was enjoyed by my family and will create some memories.

This little gem was located in a beautiful courtyard away from the hustle and bustle. Loved the architecture and efficiency within the apartment.
